  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods to make it convenient for our customers to shop with us. Currently, we accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Additionally, we also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that payment methods may vary depending on your location and the type of product you are purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns about payment methods, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Our processing time is typically 7-10 business days and an additional 1-3 days for product quality checks before the parcel gets shipped out. Once your parcel is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification, and the tracking number will also be updated and sent to you within the next few days. International shipping typically takes between 7-14 business days depending on the destination country.
  • What is your exchange and return policy?
    We understand that you may need to modify or cancel your order under certain circumstances. If you've just placed your order and it hasn't been processed yet, you can send us a request to make changes such as replacing items, adding more items, exchanging items, or requesting a refund. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. For orders that are still being processed, exchanges are only possible for pre-order items during the pre-order period. Please check our website for more information about pre-order items. If you wish to replace an in-stock item after your order has been processed, a restocking fee of 20% of the original item payment will be charged. Please contact us online or email potionandrose@hotmail.com for detailed information about exchanges. Please note that if an item you ordered is out of stock, you may receive an email from us offering a replacement or a refund. Refunds or extra charges may be applicable depending on the replacement you requested. However, once your order has been shipped out, we cannot accept any exchange or return requests. If you have any questions or concerns about modifying your order or our exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
    If your parcel is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the damage and contact us and your local shipping carrier as soon as possible. This will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
